I just had one other thought/question - how will LC be using the current counter and the space behind it once the new kitchen and counter are completed? Also, during the day there are usually not people here to introduce new people to the space and whoever is at the La Commune counter ends up performing this work. Most of the time it's alright but I'm wondering if maybe it makes sense to have another table or desk in the front that is the front door shift desk in order to differentiate between La Commune and the rest of the Omni?
