It doesn't apply to Omni's repayment of its loan for the building. Other
than that - yes, anyone who currently rents should know about this program.

Sudoroom is a fiscally sponsored project of omni, and pays ~$2k/month
towards helping omni exist. Omni owns the building but has $900k in
debt coming due in ~35 weeks, and we need to obtain a new loan by
then.
In order to refinance, the omni community will need to spend the next
few months demonstrating consistent income and donations in any and
all ways that we can. Now would be a good time to think about ways to
raise money over the summer.
