noisebridge (and his house):

here's the noisebridge implementation (type a letter to begin instant search):

i would love to help fill it with information about the stuff we have at
sudoroom, but i am not confident in my ability to install it and get it running
on our network. If someone feels good about doing this, sudo make it happen
and i'll help.

I’d be down to help set this up. If someone is able to help me with access
to sudo’s servers/hosting, I could drop by the space either tonight,
tomorrow night, or Friday sometime. Or I’d be happy to coordinate online
via IRC or email as well

Hi Corey and Charley,
I remember this project getting started but I don't think it's up and running
right now? on the server (which formerly was also the omni router) i saw files
for stuff-org in the home directory of mu
should we make a user for stuff-org ? i have root.
i'll be at sudoroom for Hardware Hacking Tuesdays as always tomorrow but don't
wait until we meet up to do something on this, or tell me if you're not
available.

Sorry for the late reply, I do not believe this was running, though my
memory is a little fuzzy on what we actually ended up doing for this. I
think there were some issues of Go library dependencies on whatever OS the
server is running. A web user makes sense.
If there is some server that is accessible for ssh I could poke around and
try to set it up, I am currently traveling and won’t make it to a hack
night until 1/29 at the earliest

yes someone did but i am still waiting for them to explain how to use it, or
make a wiki page. hopefullu someone will write a way to take pictures with a
phone and seamlessly upload...
right now all the pictures are the noisebridge logo.

Yeah, that feature is missing, and I am happy to accept pull requests
for an upload option.
Right now, all the images need to be manually put in the --imagedir
directory from which they are served readonly.
Also, it would be good to have a little light-box that we can put near
the electronic components section and quickly take pictures from them
which can be better quality than phone images.
right now all the pictures are the noisebridge logo.
Yes, the Noisebridge logo is the fallback whenever there is no image;
you can change that by changing the file in stuff/static/fallback.png
There are some pictures auto generated, e.g. if you have a type
Resistor and there is no image, it automatically generates an image
with the good old color codes from it e.g.
