Good Afternoon Omni Collective Members
My self, Lynn and Laura are planing Omni Cleaning Day, starting April 11,
2017 5:30 pm. This is going to be ongoing process once a month. All
Collective Members are welcome to join the Omni Cleaning force to
clean indoor and outdoor surrounding areas. The main objective of this
activity is to promote the habits of cleanness and organize nature among
the Omni Collectives and Volunteers; which would lead to more convenient
and better working atmosphere and welcoming environment.
Please share this with all the Omni working group b/c I don't have the
email list for all the working group.
Thank you,

Holmes from Fight for the Future writes, "Fight for the Future, notable for
helping beat SOPA & PIPA and win net neutrality rules in the US, is now
offering seed funding for new creative, online/offline activism teams (what
we're calling 'A-'eams"). We'll fund US teams in any major political issue
area, or international teams in the Internet freedom space."
Want to do activism full-time? Already are? Apply!

Let’s say you suddenly became terrified for the world’s future. What would
you do?
You can call Congress, or attend a protest. And you should. But is that it?
Why stop there? Why set aside everything you’ve learned, everything you
are, to be simply one more terrified person on a phone line, or marching in
a street?
What if you did the following, as well?
1. Find someone you love to work with.
2. Pick an issue area and angle.
3. Do activism full-time using every connection, skill, tool, and trick at
your disposal—until you win.
Our goal: to convince you to take exactly these steps, give you a playbook,
and fund you.
Terrified about Trump? Quit your job, start an A-Team. We'll fund it. Read
this. <https://www.fightforthefuture.org/ateams/>[Fight for the Future]

while playing around with some cpu intensive programs like blender, ardour,
obs-studio, etc,
i learned things run better when your cpu governor is set to "performance"
so i wrote a simple shell script to handle setting the governor

it's no masterpiece but it works so far
YOU should present at the next sudo room 5 minutes of fame!
It is in one week (April 5th at 7 pm).
It doesn't take much to show and tell what you've been working on /
learning for five minutes. You don't even need slides! Just bring yourself
and talk.
Either reply to me with your presentation title or edit the wiki:

Hey folks,
I just got some manga and animation software and wanted to do some fun
animation projects (nothing serious yet) alongside my Bento Rock healthy
eating project.
I think i showed this a while ago, but this was made with another free tool:

Is anyone else interested? It might be fun to do some nice exercises during
meetings or weekends at SudoRoom!
