In Massachusetts, expanding the train was actually a very difficult
thing. Turns out while everyone likes the commuter rail, it's really
difficult in practice to put in more of it? Because (democratic)
groups pop up (guess the natives were often on the same page), but
they are NIMBY'ers. :/ Anyways.....
