There is already a fuck bart carpool web app. except it's not a web app, it
doesn't need an app, and it's called casual carpool and has been running
since the 70s.

Also this seems like an epic opportunity for someone to throw together a
Fuck BART carpool web app, or connect BART to the Internet of Things so
that we can control it remotely.
