[sudo-discuss] Offering TV tuner cards for media hacking

Hi all, I just added three older TV tuner cards on the "free stuff" page on the wiki. (Does anybody else use this page? https://sudoroom.org/wiki/Free_stuff ) They're not useful for broadcast TV any more, but I think they could be used with certain kinds of cable TV, to set up a MythTV server.
