Hey all, Seeking consensus next week. To open an account with the Internet Archive Federal Credit Union http://iafcu.org/ we need to pass a resolution for depository authorization--too allow the IAFCU to make deposits. I propose the following based on the explanation provided to me by IAFCU staff to reach consensus in the next two meetings: "sudo room resolves to allow the Internet Archive Federal Credit Union to make deposits." // Matt
