We should really invite Daniella Martin out to sudoroom at some point to
give an insect cooking class! I believe she's in San Francisco, and is
probably one of the most articulate supporters of entomophagy in the US.

The recipe needs work. I tried to use the heat gun to add crisp but some
sogginess remained. I think they can go from passable to delicious if
deep-fried in peanut oil.

Eating bugs might be a fun novelty, but the solution to the food problem is
to stand up against the systematic starvation of poor cities and countries
around the world. Next time you see a $30 a plate restaurant in the mission
or down town Oakland ask your self who's getting feed and who is left to
eat bugs.
