Gerard went and grabbed two modern thin fluorescent tubes, and Matthew replaced
the bad one, and he said he might swap also the bad one in the fixture above
the laser cutter.
this was done using the freestanding ladder near the upstairs fridge.

and the whole fixture is dark now.
of course we should migrate to another type of light in the future, but i
think
we should use up all the fluorescent lights before we do that.
