I let Rob know that Jake, Steve and Rayc had all agreed to him being the
mediator three weeks ago, so it's up to Rob to proceed with the mediation
according to bylaws and me to communicate what's happening with that
process as necessary. So far, I haven't heard anything from Rob.

At the meeting last night, a safe space ban was initiated for Steve to
have to
leave until mediation achieves an alternative arrangement. If no mediation
takes place, the ban will stay in effect.
