Anyone planning to go to this? I've helped staff a booth at the East Bay Mini Maker Faire for the past three years, and it's a blast. Very different vibe from the giant San Mateo MF - much more family and local oriented. Plus, the site at which they've been holding the EBMMF is literally walking distance from the Omni! (Park Day School and Studio One Art Center, between 42nd and 45th near Broadway) If we're involved in the planning, we might be able to wing having a whole Omni pavillion to ourselves, with booths from all the member groups. I guess there's a huge pile of doors in sudoroom, with a note that says "keep at least 25 of them here" or something. does "here" mean sudoroom? or can i move them downstairs into the library or something? I want to put the robot where they are. -jake
