internship/apprenticeship of some kind, and I think it's a great opportunity

Hello! I am a student at ... a high school in Downtown Oakland. Our school
requires juniors to find unpaid internship placements at local businesses on
Thursdays from April - May. I am very interested in the possibility of having
an internship with your organization.
I am hoping to find a placement that will teach me about the different ways to
be involved in the field of coding and computer programming. During my
sophomore and junior years, I took classes involved with coding in Java.
Through these classes I learned how to have fun while learning to code, and
the way your organization offers a creative space with technology really
interests me.
Would it be possible to talk further about interning at your organization?
I'm also attaching a quick information sheet as well as my resume and a more
detailed cover letter. If you are interested in more of the specifics around

The energy is great and tbh from the first evening it feels a lot less corporate. Not that I want a downturn but it feels like the fluffy unnecessary people are leaving tech in droves right now and it’s more punk rocks
