For now, people can also make direct one-time donations to Omni at
https://omnicommons.org/donate which forwards to
https://omnicommons.tilt.com/buy-the-building
Not really the same thing as donating to Sudo, but at least it's

FYI, sonic.net (our original ISP at sudo and the omni) charged our card
$150 because we did not send back the modem, which I wrote to the list
about one month ago. C'est la vie.

is there an easy way for people to make a one-time donation to sudoroom
using a credit card?
I only see a link to gittip on the main page, which is a great thing but
WAY too complicated for people making a one-time donation, especially if
they don't want to link their social media to donating to a "hackerspace".
I want to do some activities at Hardware Hacking Tuesdays where people pay
for materials, but i don't know how to accept donations on behalf of
sudoroom with a credit card.
Also …
[View More]i think it would benefit us to have that functionality right there on
the website.

OK So I started this 3D printing/open source medical scan wiki
- *Where can we upload our open source MRI files to share with each
other at SudoRoom?*
I could always set up something on DropBox as last resort, but is there any
way to do this not at SudoRoom?

I'm trying to reverse engineer the "OK google" functionality implemented in
my phone.
What do you suppose I do with those feature / data sets? Since "OK google"
responds to my voice independently of the rate of speech, methinks they are
using a combination of regression analysis and discrete time warping.
But, it's seemingly both speaker and pitch independent too, so there must
be something else going on. There's no way they implemented a full Hidden
Markov Model inside the phone's DSP, (…
[View More]it wouldn't make sense for just one
hotword).
Thoughts?
