The 8ft 75W T12 fluorescent bulbs should be around 5000 Lumen each. The
7-LED bulbs you linked to are listed as 2100 Lumen, so 5 of those per
fluorescent fixture should be enough to give the same illumination. The
light will be a lot less diffuse though - one reason to perhaps experiment
with LED strip lights instead...
