articulates, we'd like to have a trial period of 3 months. If it's not
working for a host of reasons, we can reassess....? If we don't do the
downstairs room, we'd want our rent to be reduced to $750...

My greater concern about STORAGE 1 being dedicated to Backspace has to do
with the possibility that Building will not be okay with the portable
wheelchair lift and that we'll have to install a permanent lift - possibly
through the front half of that space.
This isn't for sure, I just want it to be voiced so that there are no
surprises / upset if this happens.

I worry it might be harder to reach consensus if there is no potential
for the kids' room (storage1) to actually be a kids' room at any time
of the day.
