[sudo-discuss] Omni delegates meeting and bylaw changes

Sending this again because I sent it with no subject the first time. I also made changes to the git repository with the bylaws so that the mediawiki markup gets rendered properly. ------ Hello, The Omni delegates are currently discussing changes to governance. Specifically, they are discussing changes to the bylaws, and putting together a description of an Executive Director/representative-type role. The current proposed changes to the Omni bylaws can be found here: https://github.com/sudoroom/omni-bylaws It's in the markup language used by the Wiki. We will be finalizing and consensing on these on Thursday, so please chime in if you have questions or concerns. We also have a very preliminary list of duties and powers that an ED would need to have, and we can discuss those further at our meeting on Wednesday. If someone would like to get involved in this further, please let me know. Finally we will also be consensing on Deb Gives membership. I have only heard positive things so far.
