We are not open that means you cannot sell your used bike to someone off CL here in a way that can hold us liable. A family just drove down from Concord trying to buy someone's bike of craigslist in which the seller did not leave their name, actual email, or phone number, just the address. The seller was nowhere to be found. Is this bike stolen? That would get us in deep doo-doo. We are *not open* and there is absolutely no way individuals can legally use the omni to sell personal things especially like that and list our address on craig's list as if we are selling it. The omni does not have a sellers permit, are not insured for that, nor anything of the sort and we can be held liable if it is stolen. Whomever set this up, please contact me. I am not upset - but it is truly imperative we all understand this. (Yea TIL sells things, but they are a business with a clear reason to do so and don't advertise stuff anonymously on craigs list.) Anyhow if anyone reading this knows who this is or anyone selling anything like that out of here please inform the list asap.
