There seems to be access from below the cabinets in
the upstairs kitchen
to the area above the entrance corridor to CCL.
you are absolutely right. i just covered two holes in the kitchen with
sheet metal & discovered that along the length of each of the cabinets
there's a gap big enough for a rat.
