My hunch is that we should narrow the scope of lending to some form of
e-lending.

I'm pretty sure that this system could be used to create a lending
library. Matt was pretty fanatical about organizing and cleaning but most
of us dropped off
I think if I could help it would be to help build a library of useful
stuff and reduce e waste. A camping library would be cool: I have an extra
sleeping bag. But it would be way more appealing for potential lenders if
it was in an attractive box like at a store, decorated with art!
Maybe my next sudoroom project along with animations !

This is actually really cool. It’s something that sudo already does
implicitly to some extent but we don’t really talk about for the purposes
of fundraising. We should.
Actually, there are a lot of things like that, which sudo/we do but don’t
market. Another example is this:
https://repaircafe.org/en/
Another example is also in waste recycling.
We’re both refreshingly and painfully low key in this way. Would be good
for us to itemize the ways we can boast about how restore the commons for
our members with examples like this and many others.

Cool stuff ! Would we ever build a lending library like this one at
sudoroom ?
