I agree with all those ideas.
I think we should hold major meetings every other week, with minor meetings
between. So they’ll still be weekly, but we can save big stuff for general
meetings.
I’m not sure how to automate the announcements, but I like the idea. I’ll
put it into my stack of ideas. I’m hoping we’ll re-examine a lot of our
communication approaches once we’ve organized a comms team. I’m currently
trying to get that email list set up.

I couldn't make the last meeting - but we didn't have meetings set up in
our calendar
- I'd like to also have this regularly sending out tweets to remind
people, I always forget
- I guess we should earmark some sudoroom meetings as more
significant, larger, so people who can't always go can be poked and
reminded of a larger one?
I guess ideally too we could have a quarterly email list showing what was
going on , what updates we have!
It's cool, it was the first time I was able to attend the women in coding
group last monday (only online). Maybe i'll join in remotely!
