[sudo-discuss] Re: Sudo Room hours and access rules under new ownership

Hi everyone, Please read over the attached lease we signed with the new building owners, CALLI. CALLI recently asked us to list who our "Designated Individuals" will be. It looks like they are asking for up to 6 people, 3 with "extended access" from 9pm-12pm and 3 with 24 hr access. Until we choose "designated individuals" and work out the side door access with CALLI, we are limited to using the building only during open hours from 7am-9pm (7 days a week). It makes sense to me to have these spots open to those who host events and those who can be on call in case of emergency. One other change is that we should no longer be going into spaces outside of Sudo Room, bathroom, or passageways unless there is a public event or we get an ok from CALLI first. The sewing lab downstairs is also closed at the moment, since CC does not yet have a lease for the space. Happy to share more if needed! Paige
