Here's a one-sentence mission statement:
"Sudo Room, a Project of Omni
Commons, is a creative community and hackerspace dedicated to facilitating
digital inclusion and literacy, fostering creative-technical collaborative
projects, and building sustainable alternatives to the tech industry."
501c3 docs attached - Sudo Room's entity/EIN was cannibalized by Omni in
2016 for myriad reasons - long story short so we could buy the building. It
is now a fiscally-sponsored project of its former self (hence the two docs).
I can't be a contact rn but happy to supply info!

If I remember correctly, sudo is legally a project of the Omni, right?
So 501(c)3 documentation should come from Omni.

I will try. I registered and began the
application process.
What I've learned so far:
- The maximum amount one organization can get from a Reuse and Repair
grant is $20,000. (The 1.1M is total grant money.)
- We can only apply for one category per grant cycle.
Fields filled:
- Grant Category (dropdown): Reuse & Repair Grants
- Application proposal name: Sudoroom
- Eligibility section: done
- Applicant Information section: i need a lot of help with this,
starting with a 50 word max "Organization or Business Mission" -- is this
on the wiki somewhere?
- also need to upload a copy of 401c3 documentation
I also need primary and secondary contacts. If truly no one else
volunteers, then I'll put myself as primary and Patrik as secondary, if
that's ok with you. I feel like I'm not involved enough to be primary
contact but will do it if everyone else can't right now.
Patrik I'll probably send you some emails asking for help =)
