Not sure how the comparison will stack up, but it's problematic that the DPO involves
getting the $25K upfront, in order to raise the DPO money.
Either way, it seems to me like an institutional membership structure might make it a lot
more feasible (i.e., Bay Area Public School, Roshambo Media, Sound Room, Pan Theater, Pan
Theatre, Community Democracy Project, Oakland Wiki, etc. etc.).
