I just one of the organizers of Oakland Nights
Live scheduled for Oct
11th (evening)
whether we can run our event later (until maybe 6pm or 7pm) in the ballroom
during their setup, then move downstairs to the basement if necessary.
I think this might be ideal for both time to prep, low overhead, and use
of the big beautiful ballroom!
