does anyone have a JTAG programmer that will work to read and write the
flash (and other memory) on a TI DSP part number TMS320F28035PNQ
it probably has to work with Code Composer (the TI software which is
begrudgingly free from their website) so it probably has to be a T.I.
(texas instruments) JTAG programmer
these parts have been around for a long time so it can be old and still
workable.
