It's a negotiation. They gave us their high bargain. We should make a
counter-offer. Yemi said as much on Thursday.
For example, I think splitting ownership 50-50 would be reasonable, along
with some kind of MOU for how building operations are handled. Jesse said
transferring <51% will not trigger a tax reassessment.
