i have some items in the vending machines and i would like to keep the right
one around a little longer and try to finish getting it working.
a bunch of work was put into it and it's basically ready to go so I'd like to
at least try it as a vending machine for a minute
then if we still don't want it we can at least sell it for more, since it has a
new lock cylinder, bill acceptor, etc...

I would like to transform that whole wall into a long countertop /
kitchenette with a sink, fridge and cabinets, microwave, coffee maker,
etc. We can bring plumbing through the basement easily. We can leave
space for a stove but it would be easier to get a permit without one.
I also want to remove all the walls from the "harry potter closet" and
replace the server loft staircase with a narrower one rotated 90
degrees, to open more room on that wall. David Keenan warned me this
might "ungrandfather" some of the room but I hope we can figure
something out as long as the replacement is a little bit improved.
