[sudo-discuss] I'm resigning as omni delegate

Hi all, I've been sudoroom's delegate to omni commons on/off for many years. I don't want to do it anymore and I think it's time for someone else to step up. I'm happy to help prep new folks for that, but I'm not going to wait around for a transition period. If nobody else steps up by next month, sudoroom will become "inactive" and will no longer be able to block consensus decisions. Best, Yar
