Thanks Dane. Yea please forward this to the correct emails. I couldn’t find the sudomesh
email so I’m glad you got it.
In terms of collectives I think we’ve covered them. But if there is anyone in particular
that may be interested we can forward them.
The next step is to format and structure the newsletter. Are there things we want to
include beyond the collective updates, like articles, or art, poems, etc? For sure we need
to write an opening letter or article writing about the most important updates. I think we
can include the town fridge here. I can start a draft and we can work on it together then.
We can discuss the further tomorrow at our next meeting.
Thanks,
RM

Thank you for your work on this, Roberto !
I can forward this to East Bay Food Not Bombs current email list (the previous angrylists
EBFNB listserv is no longer active) :
ebfnb(a)lists.omnicommons.org
Also, Sudo Mesh:
mesh(a)lists.sudoroom.org
Any other groups or collectives needing to be added ?
Also, we can write up something about the OC Town Fridge in the introduction later as its
own autonomous collective project.

up. We’re thinking of putting out the next newsletter by the end of March, so we want to
invite Omni collectives and Omni folks to share updates, thoughts, art, feelings, ideas
with us, so we can include them in the Omni Commoner.

has undeniably exacerbated the ills of capitalism and its deadly effects on our community.
But Omni folks and Omni Collectives have organized and actively continued to support the
community during this crisis. We are stewarding a town fridge, the North Oakland Mutual
Aid Project is going strong, Acta Non Verba has adopted Phat Beets’ CSA, and the rest of
Omni collectives continue to do empowering work out in the community. The working groups
are meeting, some regularly and other sometime, the finance/fundraising working group
though has been at the forefront doing the important work of keeping the Omni alive,
critical work, which we are all grateful for! There is much more going on for sure, this
is not even mentioning the different individual projects Omni folks are working on!
