Yes we should offer help, and we can tell them that we have specific people
who are professionals who can volunteer time pro-bono to assist the city.
They would not accept "help" from an amorphous collective, but we would just
be introducing them to specific people who they can choose whether to trust or
not.
I'm not sure who is best for that, but I think we have a few people who look
good enough on paper to be trusted to help.
