It came from buried seeds and was broken in some way that someone else is
more familiar with. I accepted the donation as it runs $300 if fixed and we
could use the $$. It was initially stored out of the way atop the shelves
by the staircase/platform in sudo but has long since forgotten its place
and use value; space and cleanliness more essential now. Thanks for
handling.

There is a store in berkeley that sells soap supplies - I could drive it
over there and see if they could sell it to one of their customers. Also I
am on a homesteading list and I could ask there.

Well $50 feels low for something that probably cost $500+ new but i
can't find it online anywhere nor a device very much like it so eh, I guess
that's ok if no-one speaks up soon.
