I was looking for more of a citation to which meetings' ruling are relevant
like was it decided at a delegates meeting? Are we following current County
rules?

As for Patrick, he explained that his "spiritual choice" (he doesn't like
religion) is to not wear a mask ever. Then he said that if this is our policy,
then he will gather his stuff and leave and never come back.
I asked if he wanted me to contact him if our policy changes, and he said no,
and left.
