Excellent! Thanks so much for setting this up, Marc.
Can I put in a request for unsweetened Guayaki? And since you have a
wholesale account, we may also want to draft a message for them that some
of us would prefer they NOT label their drinks as GMO-free. I don't expect
that it'll change their mind, but they should at least hear the opposite
message every once in a while. :-)
There's a few safe non-food items we might want to keep in the fridge as
well. Packets of Sugru come to mind - shelf life is doubled if you keep it
cold.
Is anyone still working on the vending machines as well, or are those going
to be largely redundant now that we have a fridge instead?

Today sudo room got a donation of a nice fridge.
We set it up as a sudo/ccl drinks and snacks fridge with donation based
"purchases".
For now the donation jar is just an open box inside the fridge. I suggest
we just split the donations 50/50 between sudo and ccl and that we set up a
lockable donation box (someone please do this).
I will be adding an account system that we developed at the Labitat
hackerspace where all members can buy items by sliding their card and
scanning an item's barcode. In the longer term I will add a bill acceptor
and credit card payments.
I went to safeway and got a bunch of the safeway brand carbonated water
and a bit of their soda. I personally would like us to sell nice
healthy/ethical things, but that was what I could get on short notice and I
felt like it was better than nothing.
I have set up a whole-sale account with Guayaki and will attempt to order
some mate drinks.
What other kinds of drinks/snacks do you humans want to see in the long
term?
