Heyall,
Sounds like they, Fire and Building, were both satisfying the
"complaints" they got about multitudes of residents sleeping in the place.
They both said that they found no evidence of habitation but they went over
the whole place incidentally too. Expect details forthcoming.

I'm only getting this second hand via Maureen, but I'm sure David & Co
will have a more complete report whenever they get some time to write it
up.
Maureen also took copious notes from touring around with the free
independent inspector that happened to be scheduled today as well. There
are still plenty of areas where we can improve health & safety around the
building, even if we happened to pass the city's inspectors this time
around...
