According to the 3500 form, we need to send in both our articles and our
bylaws, so they need to be finalized somehow to print and ship with our
paperwork.
We are using what you wrote and expanded it and edited it for question
8! So yeah, not being duplicitous :) In fact, we're using the same
etherpad, so look at that for the second edit.
In order to make sure the articles are up to date, we need to control-f
search through meeting notes real quick to find any amendments which
were agreed upon and not added to the wiki. We also need to solidify the
bylaws enough to ship them out. I'm down for copy editing and reading
through all of our articles and bylaws, but it'd be way useful if
someone found when they were last updated on the wiki and then did a
quick search of meeting notes from then to now for the word "amendment"
or something to find any amendments that need to be added.

-sudo room events occur within areas leased or otherwise legally
permitted for use by sudo room, its members, their guests, and any
other organizations established for public benefit and having a
