Thank you for that reminder Jenny! last night a few of us fixed two exit
sign / emergency lights that were not working, fixed loose wiring in the
ballroom (oops!) and installed a button-activator inside the firefolk's knox
box so they can get in (since the physical key stopped working)
I also replaced the battery in the front door access system, as part of a set
of steps to make it even closer to 100% reliable.
more tonight!

The primary concern for Sudo Room is a) extension
cords and b) hazardous
materials. Extension cords should be removed especially if they're daisy
chained or running across egress pathways. Of course pathways should be clear
throughout the building, clutter (especially of the flammable variety)
removed, and ensure nothing is blocking electrical panels. That's from many
years of memory, anyway.. it's been a minute :)
Omni should be on this but just in case - we typically hire Genesis Fire to
refresh/recertify our fire extinguishers and emergency exit lights prior to
annual fire inspection.
Attaching the general checklist for Oakland public assembly approval. Also, I
think there exists an exhaustive, Omni-specific inspection prep list put
together by David Keenan, so I'll CC him here if he has that to share ^_^
