yes it's pretty easy to solder to ends of this LED tape
there are little copper pads and you solder to them

solder points at both ends of
each
discrete 3-LED circuit. You can splice this tape back together after
cutting
it if you solder carefully.
if you want to use multiple power supplies, they should be connected to
separate sections of LED tape, power supplies' outputs should not be
paralleled
together.
