I think this is awesome, and a small-size CNC like this or a shapeoko model
is still a great idea. (plus with a URL like that you HAVE to be DIYing it,
so rad!)
However, Jake pointed out that the giant robot arm can serve as a CNC mill
that can reach a full 6' x 9' piece of plywood, meaning we can build stuff
like this for instance:
