I *don’t* have prior experiences unfortunately. This is a general question about
resilience within non hierarchical organizations (and to be honest resilience in any
organization).
Anybody have any practical experience how to implement resilience?

What kind of structure are you proposing? Have you had prior
experiences with organizations like Sudo that you're willing to share
in detail?
