Pretty sure we wouldn't want the dirt beneath the foundation of Omni for
any viable plantlife..

My dream was always to plant trees along the line between sudo & ccl.
There is solid dirt just beneath that slab. You'd need something
without lateral roots, a good filter to keep rats & bugs from coming
up, and in general a much better maintained space than what we have
now.
