I looked at it for a couple of hours yesterday. It seems like sometimes
when a key combination is entered, it causes the raspi to crash.
Strange behavior.
I also changed the init.d script, since it wasn't shutting down properly
and when 'start' was called it wasn't daemonizing.

hi all,
we just spoke with david from the public school and he has confirmed that
the keypad codes that we gave to public school folks were not working this
evening. would anyone be able to check out the keypad, confirm whether it's
working, and possibly fix it? :)
