Hey Eric,
Hopefully someone messaged you with some info and/or answers. That is
cool to read about Denhac, Denver Hackerspace !
I think there might be a meeting tonight ? Not sure if I can attend, but
if I do, it might be a quick drop-in cameo appearance.
Sudo Room is allowing 6-12 (?) people in the space at this time
(masked), so hopefully you will run into folks in the physical space
outside the digital space hegemony !
Also, did folks hear about Noisebrdige wanting to have a stronger
relationship with the Sudo Room ?
Not sure if it's an organizational thing or maybe more intimate
(Noisebridge might be "in love" with Sudo Room type feels ?)

Hi! I missed this meeting, but I had some
questions:
Does sudoroom ever do an organized/semi-organized "hack"? (like more
than one person's project -- at Denhac we did a "mini battlebots"
competition)
Is there a forum or a slack? I clicked around on the mailing list
archives and people don't seem to be active there?
How do you all talk about projects you're working on or interested in?
How do you find other "sudoers" who are interested in those things with
you?
Perhaps I'll run into some of you whenever that becomes a thing!

These were part of the notes from last Tuesday's meeting.
Other things were discussed but I only got few things on the notepad.

= Notes =
Need more social media outreach to reach new people (Dane can retweet
Sudo Room social media through Omni Commons social media, double the
awareness )
Look into other hackerspaces for how members make payments
(Noisebridge, Chaos Computer Club, Double Union, Queerious, etc.)
Ventilation issues in Bocce Court area ?
Should we be rollerblading into Sudo Room to more actively mimic
Hackers movie 1990s aesthetic ?
