[sudo-discuss] Re: [omni-consensus] Retaining our executive director

I also haven't heard of anyone willing or able to be the Omni ED in the last year or few. I also know that Silver, a powerhouse of the Omni, was planning to step down completely from all the badass organizing around the Omni, but Jamal directly asked Silver to stay on to be on with him as ED. It used to be like pulling teeth to get a sudo delegate, however I believe there are many. I don't think we need to ask Eric to step down, however I think it's fair to ask that. During the whole CLP mess, I told Andy I would consider stepping into sudo delegate. Partially because of the accusations of the delegates meetings being all white folks. Andy's response left me thinking that may not have been a good enough reason to do so, however it feels that the existential crisis surrounding the Omni has no trajectory for getting better, so I would offer to step up as delegate if that is supportive. (I'm unfortunately busy most wednesdays 530-9p for the forseeable future so wouldn't be able to come to most meetings) here to support, ajay
