My main concern was the SPAZ party last night and having some NIMBY eyeing
the 48th St door... but it was very well-behaved and no music was audible
across the street at any point.
Max - there's plenty of primer (Kilz) as well as rollers, etc; in omni's
secure storage closet if/when y'all decide to paint the trailer. Some
sudoers have offered to help, too, with permission.
Wait so people who just moved to Oakland in 2019 with a POD full of
stuff are bitter that they had to pay the city a
fraction of that
cost, so they decide the right response is to call traffic cops on
their new neighbors, without talking to us first, and complain about
"fairness" while ignoring equity. They live in a bright red tower made
of shipping containers but we're making their eyes sore. So unfair.
lol ugh <3 right on.
just hoping to preempt future headaches by making us highly contactable.

a) today was trash day, so yes, the bins were still out at 830am (but WM
left them in the street rather than sidewalk). i took them in when i came
by a bit later
b) the trailer is phat beets' - cc'ing Max here so he's got the heads up,

good idea to have some of us join and be able to contact neighbors
directly - or we could make a generic omni account as we've done with
NextDoor, which works well so long as we get collective input on
touchy/controversial post replies..

Hey Omni,
Today, one of Omni’s neighbor’s put in a complaint through
seeclickfix.com (city complaint system) for the trailer on 48th street
in front of the side door. The public report can be read at:
https://seeclickfix.com/issues/5726803
seeclickfix allows registered users to communicate together. The
complaint can probably be safely ignored for both issues, but this would
probably be a good opportunity to work with one of Omni’s neighbors and
keep issues with neighbors direct without involving the city. Which
collective own’s the trailer? Maybe the graffiti on the trailer can be
fixed?
Thanks,
Null
