it's not "off" it SORT OF works i think...but it was unreasonably slow.
not sure whether it's an internal network issue like we dealt with a couple of
months ago, or a problem with the wifi subsystem itself. The internet and
ethernet are working fine.

It's a Ruckus WiFi system and the main "controller" is in the server rack
in
sudoroom, and it needs to be reconfigured or reflashed or something (we
don't have the original password so it needs to be factory reset)
