Yes absolutely. Appreciate your comment and reminder of that. I don’t consider myself a
natural leader or necessarily the most emotionally available person but that is something
I’m working on everyday.
I’m (personally) a little challenged in how to immediately manifest that into a workable
structure that will all us creating committees, setting goals, checking back into
progress, and ensuring these goals continue past the inevitable change in personnel,
interest, and available time of; all the while respecting the non hierarchical structure .
For me, a story of someone’s practical experience or process will help a lot.
