Being a fiscally sponsored project of omni is usually the simplest thing, except we'd have to decide whether that also covers your activities outside the building, or whether the project would technically be called "BCC at omni" or something to limit the scope. I think if you're legally an omni project and your activities in the building are similar to regular omni activities then you wouldn't need a separate insurance policy - can someone correct if I'm wrong?
