This is a reminder that we will review this proposal at tonight‘s meeting
at 8, and if no objections are raised, it will be adopted.
I’d really like to get enthusiastic adoption, so if anyone is unclear or
has questions, please raise them!

promotion working group to the comms working group.
Now begins a one week discussion period following tonight's meeting for
folks to continue to consider this, and if there are no objections by next
week the proposal will be adopted.
