Hello nice persons,
Would any of you python mathematical types be willing to help me solve
a problem using pandas (and/or numpy)?
The math itself isn't hard; the difficulty revolves around my
unfamiliarity with the tools, and good god is this ever a huge load of
learning I'm having to do just to reshape some data.

i'm not super familiar with pandas, but I do use it. Numpy would
be no problem, though. I'm in #sudoroom on freenode right now,
also in #scipy - where you could get help from others, as well.

I'm kinda shooting for doing this in person at sudo room, because
there's a lot of explaining of the problem that will have to happen.
Once someone understands what I'm trying to do, I have no doubt it'll
be a quick answer.
I just don't have a lot of time for inefficient comm media at the
moment. IRC in particular is one of those high-time-investment /
low-throughput / variable-ROI scenarios that I am a little put off by.
